Vocational and professional training are critical requirements in Afghanistan. Poverty and misery is one of the effects of war for most people, especially women and young people who have problems in their everyday life.

PEVO provides vocational and professional education, such as tailors, weavers Gay, glazing, quilting, handicrafts, carpentry, metal work, mobile repair, television repair, computer and more: so for those people who were away of Vocational and professional training as well as the unemployed, the objective of assimilation with satisfied training is one of the fields of education can be reached to enable your own career and become self-sufficient.

Empowerment of Women

Women of Afghanistan are half part of the community. The most destructive wars of the past three decades deprive them from the right to education and professional training. Women have faced many violence and misery during war and they are still facing many challenges up to now.

PEVO Vocational Training Institute Service and Outreach put its priorities on empowering women and their active participation in all aspects of life. Political, economic, social, cultural, and attempts to curb violence against women. Encouraging education, employment, access to health services, etc. through its literacy courses providing national and international languages and studies in schools and universities. Encouraging women knowledge and awareness in order to gain their legal and legitimate rights.

PEVO achieves this objective through a series of training and awareness programs for women in some provinces. PEVO Executive Committee and Board of Directors (Board), Department officials and provincial officials PEVO are women.

Struggle against drugs

Afghan drug production increased, sales soared and the number of addicts is a serious problem, especially among women and youth, a rising challenge for our society ruining the lives of many, if necessary actions are not taken hastily.

Thus to prevent the cultivation, production, management and use of drugs it’s essential to establish and monitor detox programs: providing drugs in a decreased pattern to addicts and stepping up concerted efforts to introduce alternative livelihoods for farmers (coffee or wheat instead of poppy seed).

The institution’s training in order to prevent an increase in drug through an advertising campaign and a media awareness campaign (press, posts, live debates, forums), holding workshops, seminars, and events on the success of working together to eradicate drug use, suffering, to get rid of this phenomenon and live in a healthy and safe community.

Environmental Safety

We are facing a huge challenge before we can live in a green environment, pollution free, recycling the scrap metal from wars past and building modern sanitation infrastructures, for life is full of happiness if it’s healthy for mankind.

People’s neglect, due to tradition and lack of knowledge, has seen environmental conditions on the rise: such as severe accidents or old diseases (natural pests) returning. Most of these problems arise from it.

If the population increases in cities and urban culture soars: people must be aware and play a greater role in protecting the environment.

Patriot Vocational Institution wants to fix this problem through public awareness of how culture, urbanization and environmental protection (preservation of fruit trees and forest trees), construction of amusement parks and infrastructure can cohabitate in search of solutions leading to a cleaner environment while enjoying harmony.

Health care services

PEVO wants to provide health services to people because in the current situation health is a big and essential need of our society.

We have not enough access to good health centers, lack of health personnel in rural and villages, lack of awareness, lack of prevention and medicine, so people especially women and children are at high risk like mortality of mothers and children which is really concerning for our society. PEVO has planned to provide good health services including awareness campaign prevents from spread of endemic diseases and decrease the mortality rate in order to have a good and healthy people and healthy society.

Awareness & Debate

Afghanistan's war-torn country at the outbreak of the Afghan society facing numerous challenges in the development of rural areas and its residents. We observe the patterns of people's lack of access to education or low education generating problems arising from lack of knowledge about the “New Afghanistan” boasting free elections and a place for all.

(B) If not for promoting and raising the people's aspiration it is essential if programs are implemented in different feeding patterns.

And compatriot vocational training institutions from trying to set up through the mail and Debate in elevating awareness and raising patterns if people do better work if the people and the future have to be debonair. 

Youth & Children

Youth and children are the wealth of our society, we must train the next generation, pursuing the reconstruction through multilateral efforts. The horrible war decades have had a disastrous effect on young people and children's living conditions, with limited access to education, thus endangering their future.

Our Institution has a comprehensive understanding of the life of the young fellow's attempts to achieve education goals, access to health and the chance of a good educational background as well as recreation.

We work with our national and international partners and donors for the creation and development of universities, schools and offer scholarships.

We are interested in sending our youth abroad on sport exchange programs, amusement parks, kindergartens, vocational training, etc. It may help to nurture young adults and children to be the backbone of a healthy society. 

Disabled & Handicap

Wow type of accidents and incidents caused by war decades assisting the Afghan people have suffered numerous catastrophes and misery of millions and millions of people died in the Persian month and defective a member of the effect of your body have lost the disabled and the disadvantaged, the disabled community, which has faced many difficulties in living their lives in

some capacity as activities and physically for a series have for there to be, which is in living a better life and to use it.

PEVO Deems necessary to protect and humanitarian services to the people of the land damaged vocational training as a seamstress weaver, wood, carving, creating literacy courses, computer, language, national and international levels, and plan their desire to serve the people suffering the problems been seen dozens and encourage them to have their capabilities and it is through these hopelessness of their existence away to create a healthy business and provision of employment and Utility Services considered for its implementation effort is done. 

Human Rights

A low proportion of the patterns of human rights violations, the violence and coercion substitute in Afghanistan than in other countries in proportion to the increase of Racing, which tones are all considered.

PEVO to reduce and prevent management from the human rights that are ultimately a problem is to try to set in motion a program from the tribe prostrating patterns.

If Debate circles with the patterns of radio, television, newspaper publishing, Brochures achieved success because of the violation of human rights, particularly violence against women and children, etc., which can be extremely dangerous to human life and worry about the deadly risks said. 

Agriculture, livestock, poultry

In the development and production of agricultural crops, nursery crops, orchard, pasture and training vegetable crop diseases to prevent the use and distribution of fertilizers to farmers, seeds will help the economy to improve level of life.

Development and maintenance, livestock, fish and poultry nursing one better suited to help families maintain economic growth and employment through cow’s milk and goats milk can make poultry and fish farms and training to prevent diseases on crops economic losses not only in families but also the community's economic growth and reducing poverty will help.

Refugee

Providing humanitarian services including survey of vulnerable people in natural events, war and evaluation of emigrant people is one of our main scopes of work. Fortunately, PEVO has done two surveys with coordination of UNOCHA from our own budget in Baghlan and we have achieved good results.
